Dear Guests,
DiFabio’s Casapela opened our first location on March 6, 1995. We are full service Italian Restaurants, with an eclectic menu that features authentic Italian fare. We also have fresh seafood, filet mignon, and chicken dishes to suit your desires. All of our dishes are made perfectly to order and are served with our House Salad and breadsticks.
Some of our favorite dishes are: Chicken Savory, Garlic Mayonnaise Salmon, Pan Seared Sashimi grade Tuna (with fresh spinach, Apple Wood Smoked Bacon, ionions, and Gorgonzola cheese), Spinach Alfredo Lasagna, Lobster Ravioli (with drawn butter and Asiago cheese), Fabio Filet, Gorgonzola Filet, and Baked Sea Scallops (a.k.a. Coquille St. Jacques).
All of our desserts are made in-house. Such creations as Somoa cookie cheesecake, Three layer cappuccino cheesecake, Uptown Strawberry Shortcake, and Mandarin Walnut White Chocolate Cheesecake, as well as the traditional Tiramisu, Italian Cream Cake, Key Lime Pie, and Creme Brulee. Whole cakes and pies or any other dessert are available for purchase as well (with a one week lead time).
We cordially invite you to come in and enjoy the fantastic authentic dishes that we have prepared just for you, and hope to see you soon!
Making a place for you and your friends to spend a time to remember is a primary purpose.
